We were unable to reach you right away, but as soon as we were able to contact you by phone, we activated the warranty and proceeded to a full refund of your order as per your request.

Theoretically I should have given 5 stars because the phone contact I had for technical questions before ordering was very positive. The order and delivery also went normally. So why these 2 stars? Because unknowingly I called just before the sales and the device I ordered benefited from a 40 euro discount which my interlocutor conveniently did not mention even though he could not have ignored it. There is nothing reprehensible here, everything is legal but these actions show how this company treats its customers. Too bad for them because for 40 euros they lost a customer; I was supposed to order 2 other products but it will be on another site.
