Our deliveries of compact devices are all made at the foot of the home; that is to say, they take place in the street at the bottom of your building or in the street in front of your house.
We apologize if this point was not clear enough during the order.
It is quite normal that the delivery person did not want to go up to your home, this is reserved for certain premium deliveries, and it costs very much (we cannot offer it knowing that we provide delivery).

The amount of water depends on the water pressure in your home.
If you are evacuating downwards, did you remember to properly perform the siphon assembly as prescribed in the manual to avoid the siphoning effect?
Please also know that the device has a programming mode (described in the manual), which allows you to add seconds of rinsing to the flush cycle to obtain a larger volume of water.
