Very satisfied. Especially since the packaging was cardboard. The installation was easy. The argument about the silence is completely accurate. However, a bit low at the seating level, wouldn't it be possible in the future to think of people who are a bit less mobile. Best regards

Good material but I find that the toilet was not very clean for new. The ceramic was dull and some information not very precise. I was a bit worried because the drainage hole is not very large but everything works wonderfully.

Hello,
Thank you for your comment,
The operation and the tightness of the devices are tested in the factory before shipment, which is why there is sometimes a little water (clean) at the bottom of the ceramic.
Also, since the device is handled during testing and assembly, there may be some marks on the ceramic, which should normally come off very easily when cleaned after installation.
Please know that we take all these comments into account and pass them on to the factory.
