Considering that I live in Spain, I don't understand how an order coming from France arrives before the order coming from Spain.

Unfortunately, as we reside in the Canary Islands, we must send orders according to the regulations, we cannot expedite customs processes and shipping costs from the mainland are high, it is indeed a shame but it is not in our power to modify deadlines, rules, and prices. I received the products well and quickly. But I don't think it's right that I was given two shopping lists in two carts when I placed the two orders one after the other. I wanted a single order. And to top it off, I received everything in the same box, but with two separate invoices and charging me twice for shipping costs, which total about 10 €. I don't think it's fair. This is my opinion.

Good afternoon, shipments to the Canary Islands are by sea transport, and only one ship leaves a week from the peninsula (on Fridays). It is sent with the company that is used; we regret that due to issues beyond our control, delays in customs or the transport company itself may have caused a delay, but these are things we cannot control. All commercial shipments are checked upon entry to the islands. And we carry out daily monitoring. Thank you for your opinion, we regret your experience.
