I received the products well and quickly. But I don't think it's right that I was given two shopping lists in two carts when I placed the two orders one after the other. I wanted a single order. And to top it off, I received everything in the same box, but with two separate invoices and charging me twice for shipping costs, which total about 10 €. I don't think it's fair. This is my opinion.

I have been going to areacamper for spare parts for my t3 for years. Great website, I have been to the store several times, always super good treatment. It's a shame that it is overshadowed by the management of shipping through nacex, especially deliveries to the island of Ibiza. I wish there was another shipping option.

Good afternoon, shipments to the Canary Islands are by sea transport, and only one ship leaves a week from the peninsula (on Fridays). It is sent with the company that is used; we regret that due to issues beyond our control, delays in customs or the transport company itself may have caused a delay, but these are things we cannot control. All commercial shipments are checked upon entry to the islands. And we carry out daily monitoring. Thank you for your opinion, we regret your experience.
