The package arrived open and a piece was missing (fault on Seur's part as everything was fine on the delivery note). I wrote an email to customer service and the problem was solved instantly, the next day I had the piece at home. In my case, the treatment received from the customer service department was a 10, especially from Anabel Moya. Thank you very much.

The jogroup product is the worst brand, but if you want fast service, I have to take it, otherwise I have to spend time looking for it in another brand and I don't have time, otherwise I wouldn't buy anything from jogroup!!!! The spout that dispenses the liquid from the wipers could be a bit more similar to the original, but well, the chrome license plate, for the front or back? If they were more descriptive, I wouldn't have these doubts. I'll have to improvise. Everything else is fine. Shipping was almost fast and well packaged.
