Unfortunately, as we reside in the Canary Islands, we must send orders according to the regulations, we cannot expedite customs processes and shipping costs from the mainland are high, it is indeed a shame but it is not in our power to modify deadlines, rules, and prices. I have been going to areacamper for spare parts for my t3 for years. Great website, I have been to the store several times, always super good treatment. It's a shame that it is overshadowed by the management of shipping through nacex, especially deliveries to the island of Ibiza. I wish there was another shipping option.

Good afternoon, shipments to the Canary Islands are by sea transport, and only one ship leaves a week from the peninsula (on Fridays). It is sent with the company that is used; we regret that due to issues beyond our control, delays in customs or the transport company itself may have caused a delay, but these are things we cannot control. All commercial shipments are checked upon entry to the islands. And we carry out daily monitoring. Thank you for your opinion, we regret your experience.
