Overall, customers appreciate the accurate recommendations, fast delivery, and supportive assistance that make shopping with Areacamper a smooth and satisfying experience.
The product is fine. Area Camper delivers to the transport agency the next day. Then the agency does what it wants, delaying delivery and making tracking impossible. Still, I recommend Area Camper.

I liked the speed and the website. It could be improved by having more products for these vehicles and more diagrams and breakdowns.

The packaging of the materials. The security seal was partially open and units inside were loose and even outside the original primary packaging. Nevertheless, no item was missing according to the packing list. The latter was not accessible from an exterior pouch. The service and follow-up for delivery execution were excellent.

I give 4 stars not for Areacamper but for the lack of professionalism of the delivery person from the Typsa company in my area. They shouldn't claim that they attempted delivery and we weren't present at the address just because we didn't answer the calls on the mobile at that moment, I say this because I was at the address all day... Anyway. They called us back and at no time did they pick up the phone. Obviously, the transporter also didn't leave us a notice. A week for delivery... I appreciate the management of the Areacamper manager for resolving the issue, a sign of a serious and trustworthy company. Best regards, David

Some minor issues to finalize the purchase process. The checkout page had errors with required fields that weren't very clear. The rest was perfect. Fast shipping.
