It was terrible, the shop is located in France but I wanted the item to be delivered in the UK, at the checkout I paid an item price plus shipping price above 18 pounds. But turns out when UPS delivered the item to the PO box in the UK, they had to collect 87 more pounds for delivery.

Hello, first order for an amount of 888 Euros nonetheless. I had a question about one of the items but I was never answered (except by another question without follow-up) and I had to inquire elsewhere to be reassured. I find the customer service of Parisian shops often terrible and this one unfortunately just confirmed it (they are probably too jaded). I will no longer order from them in the future and I advise you against it, unless like me you have no choice because they are the only ones with the desired item in stock. Best regards. Jean-Luc.

Very mixed, call to warn that they have a shipping issue (that's good) and promise to make a small gesture in compensation. Obviously, there was no gesture for the delay caused, if you can't take responsibility for your proposals, don't make them.
So it makes me doubt their seriousness in case of a more important issue.

The site is very poorly designed for searching articles, lack of search filters by brand or other. A real hassle to find your way around and practically no comments or descriptions on the articles. It's a real physical store that has also made a website. In terms of pricing, they are a bit above the market and no commercial gesture even after spending over 2500€ with them. Too bad.

My order took a very long time to be sent. After having contacted the team several times by phone to make sure I was getting the Maverick vp edition prepared, I was not informed about my request. Moreover, the announcement said that the weapon was delivered in a case, received in a box. After my call, I was told that a mistake had been made on the announcement and they committed to sending me a case but then called me back to cancel that commitment.
