Compliant, slight delay in shipping compared to other faster sellers but still very correct

A bit messy, you need to know what you are looking for

While the order was delivered quickly and refunded within a reasonable time, the attitude of the employee I dealt with was extremely unpleasant. I returned a Chris Reeve knife (I own 3 of the same model in Small version) as it was impossible to open with one hand: for a knife of this price, it is unacceptable, especially since I had never had this problem with this brand (I admit to having CRs dating from 2009 to 2016 for the Inkosi small, and I know that many rumors speak of a constantly declining quality both in terms of adjustments and heat treatment). I was looking for a book to give as a gift, I only found it in stock on this site.
No issues with reception but shipping costs are way too high, over 9€ for a book that isn't really heavy, that seems unjustified to me.

Got a Combat Troodon with obvious marks that somebody tried to sharpen / resharpen the factory edge - and done a poor job. Not happy with that on a quite expensive knife sold as new...

One of the balls was broken, so I can feel the affect.

Serious person, they called me to inform me that a product was missing and sent it within the announced deadline on the phone... the only thing, I find the amount a bit high for free delivery.

Good customer relationship with quick handling of orders except that we do not always receive the product with complete packaging and we have to contact the store to request the missing products unfortunately.

I have bought knives from Italy, Germany, Finland and everywhere via UPS. The shipping cost me about half of yours. The main thing is that I received it within 3 days. I was missing the fixing system for my Batinelli binomial. Very quick responsiveness from Armes Bastille for a dispatch following my message. And almost immediate response to my message.

Axe conforms to what Gransfors does!! Too bad about the thick layer of resin on the blade!!!!!????(+ two micro notches on the edge) This is my third one and it's the first one that arrives in this condition. It took me 40 minutes to deal with this thick resin and correct the sharpening.
