Problem with my order, I was sent the wrong model of knife...
I contact customer service which is very responsive and we proceed to the exchange without problems, it just took a few more days.
But upon receipt of the second package, it is indeed the right knife but it is not the case I ordered.
I contact customer service again and there are neither responses nor apologies...
In short, mixed feelings for a store that wants to be serious.

The site is very poorly designed for searching articles, lack of search filters by brand or other. A real hassle to find your way around and practically no comments or descriptions on the articles. It's a real physical store that has also made a website. In terms of pricing, they are a bit above the market and no commercial gesture even after spending over 2500€ with them. Too bad.

I am on my 5th yoogo. All my keychains have one. It is the detonator of a vast palette of possibilities in symbiosis with keys. My 2 favorite jokers to face the daily challenges of Marseille and its turpitudes are the tear gas and the yoogo. I have somewhat abandoned my knives and other bladed weapons for the yoogo, I try to inspire myself and work a lot on the techniques of dodging and counter-attacking that must be placed at the right moment. I read good books and especially I sometimes slow down the manga 'ARCANE' because the scenes are very realistic especially the scenes of dodging and bestial counter-attacks. I love it. My order took a very long time to be sent. After having contacted the team several times by phone to make sure I was getting the Maverick vp edition prepared, I was not informed about my request. Moreover, the announcement said that the weapon was delivered in a case, received in a box. After my call, I was told that a mistake had been made on the announcement and they committed to sending me a case but then called me back to cancel that commitment. For 1400 € spent honestly, I am disappointed.
