Speed and tracking of the order exemplary. I would have given 5 stars if the gift wrapping, charged at €3.60 anyway, had lived up to the extra cost (the package was poorly and barely wrapped and completely crumpled).

Very good experience. One of the items I ordered was out of stock, they called me to offer a replacement for an equivalent product or to delay the delivery by a few days.
