Being closed this Monday, your order was prepared, packaged and dropped off at the post office on Tuesday 13/04/2021 at 16:30.
The tracking of your package shows us that the post started the delivery on Wednesday 14/04/2021.
We are Thursday 15/04/2021.
It may be a bit hasty to rate us so harshly....
It is especially unjustified to rate the quality of our website based on your judgment of the service of one of our carriers.....who is 12 hours late....in full lockdown....
