Big thank you. The package was supposed to arrive on the 28th, so when I picked up a box from the mailbox, I didn't imagine it was my knife. Great Christmas gift! Awesome. Only regret, I thought I would find some technical information about the blade, sharpening angle, etc... But nothing in the box on this subject.
