Hello, first order for an amount of 888 Euros nonetheless. I had a question about one of the items but I was never answered (except by another question without follow-up) and I had to inquire elsewhere to be reassured. I find the customer service of Parisian shops often terrible and this one unfortunately just confirmed it (they are probably too jaded).
