Great product that I’ve used on previous bikes, only thing I would change is to have countersunk bolts for the front mounts also.

YAMAHA YZ 250 ( 2023 ) engine guard XL .

The skid plate did not fit my bike I have the Beta 125 rr 2T 2018 and the holes where the bolts attach were not twin to the plate. I attached the plate with cuffs and after 2 rides the plate broke

This product never met any issue from our customers so it would be more constructive if we had pictures to offer you a solution. [email protected] is our e-mail . At this point, we consider your rating unjustify as we didn't have any information to investigate about a potential issue. If the skid plate broke then, it may be cause of the "homemade" fitment that was not enough. Waiting to get any news from you !

The website is easy to navigate and so it is to place and order. I made a pre-order for the new KTM 690 skid plate but I didn't get info about when I was going to receive my order. So I had to write the AXP Racing team and they kindly told me. I had an issue with the skid plate because the AXP Racing team didn't take into accout the KTM crashbars when designing the skid plate, so I couldn't fit it. I had to trim the new skid plate on both sides to fit it. Afterwards, I let them know the issue but they didn't care much. I finally sent an email to share photos of the trimming I did, to help them improve the desing or at least make customers aware of this issue, but they didn't even reply to my email.

Nothing to say about pre order stuff, a delay was indicated in the product page until it's in stock so the message was removed. About the design of the part, it's clearly indicated on our website, on the product page. Looking at "CHARACTERISTIC" chapter, it's written "Fitment and compatibility with any other accessory not listed above cannot be guaranteed with your purchase. Any changes made by you are your sole responsibility and cannot be taken care of afterwards." So the fact that the skid plate is not compatible with crash bars was a clear information, no mistake from us. You were aware from this and ordered the product so it's your own responsability.

Delivery Time was delayed by 2 weeks and parcel arrived damaged and was charged an extra £35 for import costs so made the item very expensive. would not order again from them.

As your name is not precised, we can't have a look at the concerned order but we generally ship the order in 24/48h . The two weeks late may be a consequence of customs in UK which, with Brexit cause lot of issues and, unfortunatly, we can't manage politic stuff. By ordering from another country and being from UK, you automatically have customes fees.

Customer service was appalling. An incorrectly manufactured product was sent to me. They knew it was incorrect before they sent it but they sent it anyway. When they wwere contacted about it they told me to fix it myself.
I had to criticize the product on youtube before the very arrogant Xavier Dugardin said that because I got a discount and free shipping that I should be grateful.
If AXP had pride in their products this wouldn't have happened.
Overall, a disgustingly bad experience.

Dear Gary ! The product was not incorrect, just not bent enough for some degreeds and we gave you the advice to make a minor modification, easy to manage at home, in order to make you save time. You didn't want to make it so we sent back another one. Remember that we're talking about a 20€ part.
Regarding our answers, arrogance is not a correct term. We offered you a discount which was exceptionnal, we had no reason to do it. We didn't find fair your way to "attack" us for this minor issue regarding the offer we done for you.
We can make mistakes, customers can perfectly be unhappy and write us. We always find a solution by a cordial exchange.

Very durable and well designed product. Will have to wait until the snow melts before I can actually test it. The downside was my order was missing the two plastic anchors that hook onto the subframe. It appears that someone at there location snaked out the parts before shipment. I was finally able to reach them through Facebook. Apparently they don't answer through there website.

Rodolfo, we ship orders in the 24 hours, some exceptions may happen and we try to manage it the best way with the customers.
