Your site is easy to navigate and the products are well presented.
The product for Husqvarna Norden 901 was a great fit. However, have a small point of view, the support that sits in the front of the skid plate is is the hole for the screw(s) cut open. This means that if the screws are tightened too hard, the part will crack at the screw holes and can not fulfill its intended function. It would have been better if the part only had drilled holes.

Delivery was lightning fast, received in just over a week from placing order. Would say the site would be easier to purchase all the items together without having to navigate the machine specific menu. The linkage guard seems like everyone purchasing a skid plate would buy the linkage guard as well.

I was concerned about the fit on my 890, emailed AXP and they assured me that issue was unlikely, but that should there be need I could simply file the plate a little to avoid it contacting my fuel fitting. As it happened there was a minor clash and so some filing was required, but it was a small amount, simple, and doesn’t effect the look or strength of the product when in place…

I purchased the AXP skid plate for my te300 a couple years ago and it was so awesome I got one for my 2020 TE300i and after 100 hours of extreme enduro training it was still working above my expectations. When I purchased my 2021 sherco Se 300 factory I had to make sure I had an AXP skid Play with linkage guard and I used it for nearly 100 hours then got a new one. The durability of the AXP is absolutely the best on the market, the plastic slides easily over rocks and logs with no hinderance. Hands down AXP is the absolute best on the market no questions asked.

Website slightly confusing but OK. Product arrived before expected. Installation was great using the youtube video which is excellent but I would have struggled a lot without that so a better paper description of fitting would be necessary for those without internet access.

Outstanding fit and finish on my Honda CRF300L. I purchased the skid plate, chain guard, and rear rack. The plastic is super tough and lightweight. I've been using AXP products for the past 3 years, and I am impressed with their products.

Customer service was appalling. An incorrectly manufactured product was sent to me. They knew it was incorrect before they sent it but they sent it anyway. When they wwere contacted about it they told me to fix it myself.
I had to criticize the product on youtube before the very arrogant Xavier Dugardin said that because I got a discount and free shipping that I should be grateful.
If AXP had pride in their products this wouldn't have happened.
Overall, a disgustingly bad experience.

Dear Gary ! The product was not incorrect, just not bent enough for some degreeds and we gave you the advice to make a minor modification, easy to manage at home, in order to make you save time. You didn't want to make it so we sent back another one. Remember that we're talking about a 20€ part.
Regarding our answers, arrogance is not a correct term. We offered you a discount which was exceptionnal, we had no reason to do it. We didn't find fair your way to "attack" us for this minor issue regarding the offer we done for you.
We can make mistakes, customers can perfectly be unhappy and write us. We always find a solution by a cordial exchange.
