Top-notch after-sales service and a brand that makes high-quality products! Honestly, I've been using their products since I started trail running, and I probably won't ever switch to another brand! More than 20,000 km with their gear, and it's really durable :)

Product overall fits nice. And does the purpose as intended really well. Overall fit and finish qulity is a little less than I expected. (Tail rack) not as clean of a fit the first try.

The skid plate didn't fit my fe350s. Customer service was terrible, then nonexistent. I had to dispute the charge with my bank after they ghosted me.

Hello,
Thanks for your feedback.
This product is on sales since 2017 and has caused no issues. As evocated by e-mail, plastic is a flexible material so it can moves a bit and it's an easy task to adjust it.
Your case has been considered but doesn't justify a replacement or refund as we consider it will fit, sorry if it didn't end as you hoped.
Thanks,
AXP Racing Team

More expensive than on other websites that sell their product, as the manufacturer I should at least match the best price

Response from AXP Racing
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. As the manufacturer, we prioritize sales through our dealers, who are free to set their own prices (in a certain limit). That’s why you may sometimes find a better offer on their websites.
And we’d like to apologize for the delay, a change of order management software slowed down processing in August. Everything is now back to normal.
Best regards,
The AXP Racing Team

The product is good, as advertised and fit well. I did have to modify the skid plate and add an extension on front, as I put a Yoshimura R12 full pipe which sits higher so the oil line in front frame was exposed due to skid plate not extending high enough.
