It took very long - about 10 days to deliver and payment confirmation arrived also too late - 5 days after transaction.

Good quality, fits well (needs a little trimming at the level of the stand if the stand has been adapted because it was too straight originally). However, the price is incomprehensible compared to other 8mm footpegs from the brand for other motorcycles. Especially when considering that two screw heads are exposed (which will eventually wear out) and that you need to assemble some parts and inserts before putting it on the motorcycle (not a problem in itself, but at €300 for the footpeg I become as demanding as the price). Moreover, a 6mm footpeg would have sufficed. Lastly, and although this does not factor into this rating, the other two accessories are just as expensive and the luggage rack is twice as heavy as the original one (even though it is ultimately not the strength of the luggage rack that becomes limiting, but that of the rear loop).

The product seems good, but the logistics/shipping are really shameful. The bash plate arrived in a box without any padding. All edges perfurated the cardbox and obviously the bash plate arrived with minor damage. Completely careless shipping preparation and disappointing to anyone receiving something like this.

The rack is perfect . The only thing if you live in Canada is that you have to add 50 dollars more for customs

The website is easy to navigate and so it is to place and order. I made a pre-order for the new KTM 690 skid plate but I didn't get info about when I was going to receive my order. So I had to write the AXP Racing team and they kindly told me. I had an issue with the skid plate because the AXP Racing team didn't take into accout the KTM crashbars when designing the skid plate, so I couldn't fit it. I had to trim the new skid plate on both sides to fit it. Afterwards, I let them know the issue but they didn't care much. I finally sent an email to share photos of the trimming I did, to help them improve the desing or at least make customers aware of this issue, but they didn't even reply to my email.

I’m in the USA-there response to emails-shipping notifications seems delayed slow response time-they could definitely be more professional in that regard-

Stickers and bolts were missing.

Very durable and well designed product. Will have to wait until the snow melts before I can actually test it. The downside was my order was missing the two plastic anchors that hook onto the subframe. It appears that someone at there location snaked out the parts before shipment. I was finally able to reach them through Facebook. Apparently they don't answer through there website.
