I give them an A+. When I was looking for a skid plate for my 2024 KTM I couldn't find one. The dealer where I purchased my 2024 gave me an XP racing skid plate and said it would fit but I found out the 2024 was different than a 2023. Websites were saying the 2023 model AXP-racing skid plate fit the 2024 KTM but that was incorrect. So I contacted axp racing directly and they informed me they just finished rolling out the new skid plate for the 2024 and provided me with the new part number and helped me with my purchase.

Hallo! I think it’s strong,it look’s good and it’s lighter than the thick aluminium plate so it’s a vinn vinn i think. Maybe the thick aluminium is a litle bit stronger, i can’t say that for sure but i think it’s strong.

Great product and comms, unfortunately there was an issue that affected all skid plates for my bike but they resolved this and kept me informed throughout and provided a revised replacement without charge or question. Will happily use again and recommend.

The website is easy to navigate and so it is to place and order. I made a pre-order for the new KTM 690 skid plate but I didn't get info about when I was going to receive my order. So I had to write the AXP Racing team and they kindly told me. I had an issue with the skid plate because the AXP Racing team didn't take into accout the KTM crashbars when designing the skid plate, so I couldn't fit it. I had to trim the new skid plate on both sides to fit it. Afterwards, I let them know the issue but they didn't care much. I finally sent an email to share photos of the trimming I did, to help them improve the desing or at least make customers aware of this issue, but they didn't even reply to my email.

Nothing to say about pre order stuff, a delay was indicated in the product page until it's in stock so the message was removed. About the design of the part, it's clearly indicated on our website, on the product page. Looking at "CHARACTERISTIC" chapter, it's written "Fitment and compatibility with any other accessory not listed above cannot be guaranteed with your purchase. Any changes made by you are your sole responsibility and cannot be taken care of afterwards." So the fact that the skid plate is not compatible with crash bars was a clear information, no mistake from us. You were aware from this and ordered the product so it's your own responsability.

Was skeptical about an order from overseas, but it went smoothly, they emailed me on the progress, actually received item quicker than most domestic shipping takes. Product was as advertised, fit great!
