I'm very satisfied with the products, but the oil was delivered to me with a defect in the bottle (the pump doesn't work) and despite my e-mail asking for a solution (e.g. replacement of the product or just the pump), I received no reply, so I'm disappointed that my complaint wasn't taken into account. What a shame!

Product information is too general and all-purpose; I'd like to find more relevant, precise and medically-oriented information; the same goes for warnings and precautions! 2. a product was missing without any information or delivery date on the subject!!!! I don't think this is serious! 3. All codes are linked to a purchase obligation; unless I'm mistaken, there is no such thing as a "voucher" code that can be redeemed whenever the customer chooses! 4. I would like to know the chemical analysis of the products, with percentages!
