The delivery was supposed to be made to a pickup point next to my house 250 m which is always open. It was delivered to a pickup point 2.5 km away. I was too tired to go get it. Therefore, I did not receive my order.

After a more detailed review of your order tracking, it turns out that the carrier decided to change the drop-off point of your package for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, we are dependent on our carrier and cannot control all of their actions. However, we have conveyed your dissatisfaction to them and insisted that this does not happen again in the future.
