The store consistently delivers fast shipping and quick delivery, with many messages noting packages arrive promptly and are well packaged. Customers highlight reliable product quality and clear, informative packaging, including explanatory notices and recyclable packaging, with products like Triphala and herba extracts meeting expectations. The customer service and follow-up are praised, including serious follow-up, helpful explanations, and ongoing satisfaction with purchases. Overall, customers express 100% or very high satisfaction, repeatedly describing the experience as smooth, dependable, and trustworthy.
I'm very satisfied with the products, but the oil was delivered to me with a defect in the bottle (the pump doesn't work) and despite my e-mail asking for a solution (e.g. replacement of the product or just the pump), I received no reply, so I'm disappointed that my complaint wasn't taken into account. What a shame!

Very good site, order well received, very careful ... confidence, it's won for me. however, perhaps review these packaging beautiful to the contrary, paper, but too large for the contents after all I'm not sure of my thoughts, there are probably people that it can fix ... but I submit ... Thank you to the team And beautiful New Year
