I'm very satisfied with the products, but the oil was delivered to me with a defect in the bottle (the pump doesn't work) and despite my e-mail asking for a solution (e.g. replacement of the product or just the pump), I received no reply, so I'm disappointed that my complaint wasn't taken into account.
