I'm starting a product cure and I think it's too early to know how well-founded it is. I'll be sure to let you know.

After receiving a 1st parcel containing a product I had not ordered (hence only 4 stars), customer service resolved the situation on the same day as my complaint (telephone call following my e-mail) and I received the desired product within 48 hours and free of charge. Thank you very much. I am satisfied with my purchase and the way my problem was resolved.

Everything's going very well...except for the Boswellia gel, which has been out of stock for a long time with no explanation, whereas there's no problem with the capsules, which is a shame. I'd like to add that the products are a bit expensive, though, and I suspect that the margins are too high.

Very good products, fast delivery, but I didn't appreciate at all the price difference on parapharmacy sites. It's deplorable that the real site applies higher prices. It's deplorable that the real site applies higher prices, and don't say it's a question of order quantity, since it's your own site.
