This is my first order and my first use of the products. The products were received quickly. I'm still testing them to see how effective they are, but it's clear that there's quality behind them. I'm taking off one star because I received the package completely smashed in my letterbox (certainly due to the carrier and not Ayur-vana). Fortunately, there was nothing wrong with the containers.
