Ultra careful fast delivery. Their shatavari helps me enormously during the menopause period: no more hot flashes, better sleep and mood. I stopped and then tried shatavari from other brands with less success. I quickly returned to ayurvana and within a few days of treatment everything was resolved. No need to take chemical treatment! Shatavari is an essential plant for me right now, and the quality of their product is excellent.
