long wait times, zero information

More than a month to receive my order

I am satisfied with the product itself, nothing to say about that. However, leaving the customer without answers is frustrating...

Service usually very high quality but my last order, a case op11 in Japanese, has still not been sent, it's been more than 2 months since I ordered. The customer service is unfortunately very poor, no communication about the progress of my order. A friend of mine is in the same situation... 800 euros of order and no way to know if I will be refunded or if the delay is just monstrous.

1 month of waiting to receive my order after several follow-ups. They prefer to focus on opening their store, okay, but don't let the orders linger / because the money has indeed been debited from the bank account! We were disappointed and we will not order from their site again. Sorry.

A missing card during my last order and despite several emails, the responses are almost non-existent. I regret the quality of customer service. I hope to receive a response quickly or finally receive my missing card.

Extremely long delivery times for display protections (no information during the wait, ignores messages and finally responds to a cancellation request after 6 weeks of waiting only after sending the package specifying that there will be a 20% deduction from the amount spent because the package is sent, unfair loyalty system, high prices compared to local stores (190 euros for a display op09 one piece instead of 130 euros, even networks do not sell as expensively) free shipping only after an order of 200 euros, the only positive point and certainly the most important, very good quality regarding the display protection op09 fr.

I bought a product that I thought I would receive in two or three days, but it took almost a month to get it after following up on social media. Nothing more as compensation for me, this is a dealbreaker, I will not buy from this site again.

The packages are well packaged but the waiting time is too long while the delivery date displayed on their site has passed. They prioritize the first pre-order purchases for shipping. So we can end up waiting 2 months for an order placed on the day itself.

Delayed package, catastrophic customer service, do not keep their commitments

I placed an order over a month ago, still not processed and no communication regarding this.

The problem is that I want a refund for a package not picked up, but this refund is delayed (+1 month currently)

An order that was delayed for shipping, I requested cancellation and, as luck would have it, the next day my order was shipped. I explained my situation on Instagram and was responded to with disdain. Never again with them, I strongly advise against it. Of course, an order that arrives 14 days later is no longer of interest (for a TCG release).

1st order with this store and problem with delivery. What I didn't appreciate at all was the 1st contact with customer service (the manager). I received notification on 03/12 that my parcel was being prepared (creation of a Mondial Relay parcel number). 4 days later, I tracked the package and saw that it was still being prepared by the seller and hadn't yet been delivered. I then contacted the site and the 1st response I got from customer service was: please be patient, we've had a huge number of orders and it's normal that the status of the parcel hasn't changed. The manager didn't even take the time to look into my problem. As of 16/12, the parcel is still listed as being in the seller's preparation department. By insisting, the site sent me another parcel by Colissimo. I already found the prices on this site rather expensive, but one thing's for sure: I won't be ordering from this site again. I don't understand why some Youtubers work in partnership with this site. There are other online stores (for One Piece cards) that are much more interesting in terms of price and more efficient in terms of parcel delivery and customer service.

package not received

Product received not as ordered. I ordered English One Piece display protectors and received Japanese One Piece TCG cards instead. Despite my e-mail complaint, I still haven't had a reply after a week.
