The shipping costs for both ways are charged to us by the carriers, which is normal. They do not work for free (salaries, trucks, etc.).

Delivery is too late, the relay closed at 8:30 knowing that the schedule indicates 7:00. I had to send two emails to find out why this delay from GLS the carrier. Given the price, I am disappointed.

I had ordered a product for an event scheduled three days later. The site guaranteed delivery in less than 48 hours, which is what interested me. I ultimately canceled the purchase due to a change of mind about the product. I canceled within the hour, taking care to contact customer service. Not only did they still send me the order (charging me for it), but the product arrived well after the deadlines indicated on the site. Never received any feedback regarding my request. Useless!

The price includes what goes to Disney, what goes to the manufacturer (cost of the product), and the import cost from the UK (customs, etc.). All of this means that this product - which will soon be permanently out of stock - represents a high cost. You are not just buying cardboard, but you also pay for the license (Disney, etc.) as well as other fees.
