The ordered poster arrived damaged, that can happen so we contact customer service... a real disaster we had to contact them 6 times before getting a status on our exchange request, a real obstacle course, 0 for customer follow-up. More than a month after our exchanges we finally received our poster properly packaged with a very good final rendering.

The package was sent in a folded cardboard box and not in a specific box. I am disappointed because they order products from another company and resell them much more expensive. They do not take the trouble to send it in an adapted box. I am very surprised.

Hello Kheira, The cardboard figures are very beautiful, but they are fragile for transport. We use several types of packaging, and very often we recycle thicker boxes.
