Overall it's fine, but prices are a bit high on some products and especially the shipping costs are charged even with +100€ of purchase! This is really what hinders making another purchase on your site as a result.

Why these prices, why the shipping costs?

1) We are a small business
2) We are based in France (and pay our taxes in France)
3) We manage all steps: storage, shipping, customer service (we call our customers when there is a problem) etc.

Our prices are as fair as possible.
We do not seek (nor can) to compete with platforms.
