Very disappointed. First order for my son's birthday: item expected to be delivered within 48 hours. I was called the next day that the mentioned item was no longer in stock and I was invited to place another order with a different item. 7 days before the birthday but the representative guarantees delivery within 48 hours as mentioned on the site and the chosen item. Not only was the item not delivered for the birthday, but it was also delivered to the wrong address.... No news from the company since, not even to apologize or better, to make a commercial gesture.

The tracking of the package was strange (notably displayed as "delivered" when I had not yet picked it up, nor even been informed of its availability at the relay point) so I feared the worst (lost packages being unfortunately a frequent occurrence) but I eventually managed to retrieve it. It did arrive much later than expected (not in time for the birthday for which I ordered it) and not at the chosen relay, but the plush corresponds. So I blame the carrier, but not the site bebe gavroche.

Ordered the autumn forest, once placed the fairies did not have the same leg color and Tinkerbell's body did not match either, plus the colors came off at the slightest touch of a damp cloth. Result, everything went in the trash because it was very ugly in the end.

The delivery is catastrophic. Announced in 10 days, the package was delivered with a week delay. It was a birthday gift, plan 1 month in advance given their efficiency. The package wasn't even delivered to the right pickup point. As for the package itself, everything seems correct.
