Package arrived at another pickup point with delays and wasted time and diesel energy to understand where to find it and go pick it up. I still don't understand why these problems for a Christmas gift that almost got lost.

Hello Carole, You ordered on a Friday evening. Your item was shipped the following Monday. It was delivered to a pickup point on Thursday by Chronopost. During December, it's the Christmas period which generated a lot of traffic. And some pickup points could no longer receive packages due to lack of space.
