I placed an order for my son's birthday 15 days before the date. A few days before, customer service called me to say that one of the items was out of stock; they offered to send the order without it but suggested waiting a few more days to see if it would be back in stock. In the end, the shipping was quite long. And I wasn't lucky because the package got lost... However, the support team was quite responsive, but I still had to take some steps on my side because in the end, I even received a package that wasn't mine (in a locker) because of the carrier... In short, the package was received with a lot of delay, but the fault is mainly due to GLS. The items are compliant and of good quality.

Package sent very quickly and received correctly, very well packaged. The only downside is the setup of the poster… 8 sheets to glue to the floor and the setup is not so obvious… And quite fragile when you go over it several times to smooth… Otherwise, the final effect looks good after drying.

The price includes what goes to Disney, what goes to the manufacturer (cost of the product), and the import cost from the UK (customs, etc.).
