The stickers are compatible with:
- a painted wall
- furniture
- mirrors
- smooth surfaces

They cannot be applied on:
- an uneven wall (rough, not smooth)
- a dirty wall
- silicone-based wall paint
- a damp surface.

It is the customer's responsibility to check before applying the glue. Did you check that the strips (panels) were compliant? Once the glue is applied, we cannot assist you. Pretty wallpaper but has defects when applied. We cannot align it well everywhere and the cut is not necessarily very straight everywhere. Of course, we notice it when we put it up because before that, it's not possible. Nevertheless, it remains correct and pretty if we are not looking for perfection in the children's room.

Overall it's fine, but prices are a bit high on some products and especially the shipping costs are charged even with +100€ of purchase! This is really what hinders making another purchase on your site as a result.

1) We are a small business
2) We are based in France (and pay our taxes in France)
3) We manage all steps: storage, shipping, customer service (we call our customers when there is a problem) etc.

Our prices are as fair as possible.
We do not seek (nor can) to compete with platforms.
