Hello Graziella, We have noted your message. This item is one of our bestsellers. The wallpapers are all printed and cut industrially. It is the customer's responsibility to check before applying the glue. Did you check that the strips (panels) were compliant? Once the glue is applied, we cannot assist you. Each wallpaper has its own installation protocol which is indicated in the installation manual provided. Best regards. The Héros Deco team
