This is not the first time I order from BBG, I ordered 8 years ago and they were still just as good, fast and efficient, I recommend.

On 5 items ordered, I only received one item. During delivery, the delivery person said he didn't need a signature and left the box and hurried away; my box was completely open with only one item inside and no invoice or delivery note. Baby Gavroche does not want to hear about a refund, claiming he will supposedly conduct an investigation with the GLS company (which is also very poorly rated with bad reviews). To this day, no news from Baby Gavroche despite having called again to find out where the so-called investigation was, he simply replied that he was overwhelmed and that he wrote my name on a post-it that he put on his keyboard to remind me but still no news.

Nothing to say about Baby Gavroche. However, GLS is still keeping my package in their depot in Tongres while the expected delivery date was last Monday, November 15.
