Very good but the account is not updated in a timely manner.

Everything arrived on time, just the sizes are small I took XXL for XL.

Good product

The shoes are aesthetically beautiful. However, the pants have no elasticity at all, making even simple actions, like bending down to the ground, a bit stiff and difficult.

The interface for choosing products is easy to use, however the sizes indicated differ from one garment to another. As a precaution, we took several sizes of the same product, and the size XS that usually fits a practitioner is too small.

CUNNING AND LITTLE PROFESSIONAL I had selected two uniforms from the website at a significant cost size S After a week I see that my package still hadn't arrived and the tracking showed no signs of shipment I write to the company and they calmly respond that the uniforms I selected, although they seem available on the site and have the size I requested, are actually not available and that they will be shipped in about a month and a half and that unfortunately these things can happen at the end of the year. Not only was I not informed of this but their response was also superficial and aimed only at their interests. Unfortunately, dealing with work-related issues instead of canceling the order I decide to replace the apparently existing uniforms with two that actually exist but my request takes about a week to get confirmation. So, impatient with their attitude and seeing myself in difficulty due to work issues I decide to take only one uniform, they respond that the amount has already been paid and the order for the two uniforms has been confirmed (even though I had not received any confirmation) the moral of the story is they kept the entire amount of my money and sent me two uniforms one of which is not my size and the other is the desired size but of the only available model. To confirm their superficiality they didn't even attempt to fix the error by leaving a discount voucher or a gesture to apologize. I will not purchase again.

I finally received my package today, but I received pants instead of the apron I ordered. Could you send me the correct item as soon as possible? Thank you in advance! Kim Baeyens Il Senso

Satisfied with the delivery and the items. However, the return costs are at our expense, which is fine, but the return solution is very limited, especially since you equip professionals and the products are rather high-end (professional clothing set at a high price). It can only be done at the post office, and I just paid €8.60 in postal fees. Most suppliers currently offer a more modern and advantageous return policy. I want to bring this to your attention, as it is a barrier for my office to make further purchases on your site. Best regards

Catastrophic customer service. More than 2 months after my order, a part has still not been received. No commercial gesture, no follow-up: I am the one who has to chase them every time and the delays are always extended!

I have been buying the "bali" outfits since I started in 2015. I have convinced many masseuses to switch to these outfits that I find comfortable, practical, and of high quality. The only disappointment is that I have never received any commercial gesture from Beauty Street (at least for loyalty), I have to buy a minimum of 2 or 3 (top + pants) each year.

My top was already broken at the push buttons when I wanted to try it on.

Outfits ordered at the congress in April and received 3 months later! Without any communication except for my calls to find out when this order would arrive... always the same response in 3 weeks ... finally 3 months and no commercial gesture Disappointing

I am satisfied with my tunic. The cut is flattering and professional, and the comfort is optimal. The fabric is easy to care for and dries quickly. However, it is still quite expensive, like all Beauty Street items.

A little transparent and the waistband of the pants folds a bit on itself... we'll see how it holds up after washing.

I asked for delivery to my home, then it didn't work, then I asked for a relay point and I chose one near my home. It took 3 days because they changed the relay point, which is very far away, without asking me. The fabric when I washed it was catastrophic. I washed it once, but it looks like I washed it 50 times.

When I placed the order, I didn't know that there was an additional delay until after the confirmation. What's more, I asked for a refund and got a credit note.

I ordered in August and now it's October and I still haven't received all my order. No message to warn me of the delay, nothing at all.

I took 2 massage gowns, they're great, I love them.

To pay so much with taxes at 14€ I find it so exaggerated for a blouse that I find of normal quality.

My dissatisfaction is not due to an item but to the shipping process. I had ordered from you and I was disappointed to see that my purchase had been taken into account but not the sending of this article and that I had to intervene by writing to you so that you could send it to me. You gave me an excuse, but I have to question the sincerity of the situation, because I contacted you on a Friday and on Monday the item was on its way. If not, thank you for "your reactivity" due to the complaint. What would be preferable is for you to keep me informed of the progress of the product, and not just a notification "in progress" on the merchant site. In the case of a stock limitation or other anomaly that will delay receipt of the product.

I ordered a size 52 jacket and received a size 56.

Very good opinion of the company, the order went through smoothly.

Disappointing. I am warned that once the order is confirmed and paid that 1 of the items is out of stock and since no news as to whether I will receive the item or not ... it's been 2 weeks already. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service too. It's a shame.

Long shipping time and poor value for money. Relatively disappointed...

I've been buying my professional clothes from beauty street since I started working as an esthetician, and I've always been delighted with the quality and longevity of the outfits I've bought. In fact, I've been wearing them for 7 years, and they're very comfortable, don't need ironing and fit well. The only minor problem with my latest jacket is that the buttons on the satin clasps don't hold; I'm going to have to sew them back on, as they easily fall off, but otherwise the outfit is very nice and of good quality.

Obliged to put a star for the review to be taken into account. It doesn't deserve one.

My order arrived in less than a week, my second purchase from Beauty Street and still the same quality. However, they didn't respect the recipient name I'd given for my parcel. I was therefore surprised to receive the letter carrier's delivery notice when I had expressly stayed at home to receive this urgent parcel. I had to make other arrangements and reorganize my schedule to pick up the parcel the next day at a Relay point that was nowhere near me.

3 weeks to receive my order with a missing outfit, no info about it, no communication. Quality fabric and outfit.
