The experience is smooth and easy. What I liked is being constantly updated on the status of delivery as I am ordering from Singapore. What I don't like is what was delivered looked different from the picture I see from the website, the packaging was not not at all, and the items looked squashed together and messy. I wanted the large pink box. I asked before ordering it and they didn't tell me it was out of stock, and once I had placed the order and it arrived at my house, I discovered that the pink one was out of stock and they weren't sending it.
