Well, in terms of product and presentation we are very satisfied but when we placed the order last 2/9 it was indicated that it would be delivered on Friday 4/9 and we also spoke with the chat lady who assured us that the order would arrive on Friday and it arrived on Thursday.

On your website it should be announced that, given the current situation caused by COVID19, you do not deliver to hospitals (which seems logical to me), which is precisely why I chose the service you offer, delivery to the hospital room or clinic. I don't find it fair to the customers that we find out after we have placed the order and made the payment, by means of a phone call. If you announced it, perhaps we would consider whether or not to make the purchase. That is why I have lowered the score.
