Fast shipping service, angel caller is handsome, smooth sound, only the hanger I notice it very noticeable, but all good.

The recipient loved the gift. And it arrived super fast, as promised. My score is not perfect, simply because I think that perhaps the price/quality ratio could be a little better. But we will repeat with Bebé de Paris for sure. Thank you.

The treatment has been very good and the facilities that are given when ordering and being able to change things later, to say something could be improved perhaps the photos on the website, the way to see them, thanks.

I don't like the site very much, the products should be listed and you can choose what you want...

It is for a gift. The person who received it was very happy, all the content is beautiful and quality. The only complaint I have is that on the web, several times I got the message "order it before midnight and it will arrive tomorrow" or "delivery in 24 hours". And it turns out that since I ordered a personalized pacifier for which it takes some time to engrave the name, the gift could not arrive within 24 hours. When I ordered the pacifier, there was no notice that more time was needed. When I clicked on the personalized pacifier, I was supposed to get a notice like "Attention, this product needs 48 hours to be manufactured and therefore the layette cannot be delivered within 24 hours". There was no warning. However, when I complained, the customer service was quick and friendly in their response.

Expensive packaging for what it contains, but what it contains is great.

The purchase was easy and fast

I decided to buy here because I didn't have much time and it was the only website that clearly stated same day delivery and it looked cute. I called and they cleared up all my doubts. I don't give it a 5 because the delivery email didn't arrive until the next day around 9 or 10 o'clock, when the shipping email that the gift was on its way arrived the previous afternoon at mid-afternoon. I would also give the option of delivery on the day but without buttons, without having to ask for it expressly as was my case.

Fast service, original gifts and impeccable attention I have not received confirmation of delivery but I hope to hear from the recipient You should include products from the layettes and options to customize them and vary the content.

The basket is beautiful but in my opinion the price is high for all the products they offer.

In order to get the baby's name engraved on two of the garments we bought, we had to call a phone number in Barcelona several times because the site was not answering. Our opinion is that this inconvenience may put off people with less patience.
