In the notes I clearly specified that I was asking that before the gift was sent to Alex, to call him to see if he was in the hospital or at home. I placed the order on Friday I think or Saturday so things could have changed, the location of him, I am in Dubai and don't know at the minute where he is. Still no one called him and delivered the gift to the doorman, too bad! You should have called Alex as I requested in the note.
