Nice presentation of the order

I have been buying from Bébé de Paris for many years for corporate gifts and some personal ones for new parents. The quality is always very good. This time due to a logistical problem the shipment did not arrive on time which is quite frustrating but Paloma from Bébé de Paris has followed up with the logistics provider to ensure the best solution.

Very good service, it combines a good product with originality

Quality and finishes are very good but the product is not well placed in the basket and is very crushed.

The experience is smooth and easy. What I liked is being constantly updated on the status of delivery as I am ordering from Singapore. What I don't like is what was delivered looked different from the picture I see from the website, the packaging was not not at all, and the items looked squashed together and messy. It has none of the elegance and class I saw from the picture I see on the website. You can contact me to show you the photograph which my friend took when he received my gift.

I wanted the large pink box. I asked before ordering it and they didn't tell me it was out of stock, and once I had placed the order and it arrived at my house, I discovered that the pink one was out of stock and they weren't sending it. Also, I specifically chose the pink pack without any option for another color.

I have seen more difficulties than last time on the website, to see the things I am buying. In my opinion, there are not enough better or larger photos. It would also be nice, in a pre-made basket, to be able to add or remove items to speed up the purchase. Maybe it exists and I haven't seen it.. I have only seen the option to create a new basket,,, Thank you very much.

I have not received the order on time

I placed an order on Sunday. It's been 3 days and I haven't received confirmation that my order has been received.

I placed an order for home delivery, the announced delay is 2 to 3 days for France.. I am at 5 days, and the package is to be picked up from the relay!! I am on another continent, the package is a gift for a new mom! Flop Flop!!!

The easy page to place orders. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. Everything is fine, except that in the end it was delayed more than initially planned.

When I placed the order it was impossible to attach a logo. As a suggestion for improvement, as a company we would like to receive a photo of how the gift looks like. The recipient received the gift later than expected.

I would like the ribbon that adorns the gift to have more quality, as the one that comes with it is very synthetic and detracts from the gift.

I bought it as a gift and it arrived in a box that was too small, so it doesn't look nice. I'm going to have to unwrap it and rewrap it myself.

The only detail missing was the custom T-shirt with the company's logo.

The service is super fast and of very good quality. It is my second order and I am very satisfied with the quality. One detail that I did not like, and it is the second time it happens, is that the label with my son's name was well written but an i was missing in the personalization of the doudou.

Note a text alignment problem on the greeting card.

Very fast delivery

The basket is too big for the amount of things it brings, you should use a more appropriate size. Once again the whole basket arrived out of place. From the first time to now you have worsened the service, even though it is still good.
