Bebé de Paris consistently delivers fast, reliable service with prompt delivery and careful handling of orders, ensuring gifts arrive quickly and in excellent condition. Customers highlight attentive, professional staff and personalized attention, including timely follow-up, helpful phone assistance, and thoughtful recommendations that enhance the gifting experience. The product range and presentation are repeatedly praised, with many noting attractive, well-packaged baskets and a positive shopping experience from easy ordering to speedy arrival. Overall, the store is described as dependable, with strong emphasis on speed, presentation, and dedicated customer care.
A few days ago I made an online purchase and the experience has been excellent. The process was simple and clear from the beginning, and what surprised me the most was the speed of the delivery. In less than 24 hours the package was already at my doorstep, perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. The reception was very smooth, without complications or delays. Without a doubt, I will repeat the purchase because the quality of service and attention to detail have exceeded my expectations.

The customer was amazed by the gift basket, it was very important to succeed with this gift and with Bébé de Paris we have achieved it. Thank you very much for the speed and professionalism. This is the first order we have placed, we decided to change companies for this type of gifts and it has been a complete success.

The experience is smooth and easy. What I liked is being constantly updated on the status of delivery as I am ordering from Singapore. What I don't like is what was delivered looked different from the picture I see from the website, the packaging was not not at all, and the items looked squashed together and messy. It has none of the elegance and class I saw from the picture I see on the website. You can contact me to show you the photograph which my friend took when he received my gift.

Excellent service. I work in Barcelona and had to make a gift for a person in Paris. I thought it would be complicated, but no, it was an easy task. Ordered online; then confirmed by email and followed up with a phone call to add details and a personalized card.

I wanted the large pink box. I asked before ordering it and they didn't tell me it was out of stock, and once I had placed the order and it arrived at my house, I discovered that the pink one was out of stock and they weren't sending it. Also, I specifically chose the pink pack without any option for another color.
