Bebé de Paris consistently delivers fast, reliable service with prompt delivery and careful handling of orders, ensuring gifts arrive quickly and in excellent condition. Customers highlight attentive, professional staff and personalized attention, including timely follow-up, helpful phone assistance, and thoughtful recommendations that enhance the gifting experience. The product range and presentation are repeatedly praised, with many noting attractive, well-packaged baskets and a positive shopping experience from easy ordering to speedy arrival. Overall, the store is described as dependable, with strong emphasis on speed, presentation, and dedicated customer care.
I loved the speed of delivery, the presentation and for facilitating the gift idea. What has failed me is that I wanted to get in touch later and they did not pick up the customer service phone and the email address does not work.

I have purchased on several occasions to make gifts and the printing of the card with the meaning of the name comes out folded every time. It is the only drawback I have. The rest is perfect, both the speed and the products. Thank you

Everything was fine. The only thing is that I ordered the basket one day and it was delivered the next day, so far so good, but it was delivered at 8 am, which I think is too early. It would be nice to be able to choose a delivery time slot.
