Good morning, generally happy with your attention and service, fast delivery, but I can not give 5 stars on this occasion for two fundamental reasons for me, the first delivery by the bellboy.if something special has bebedeparis is this and should be delivered to the parents.in this case, it was not so, not even entered the room and was delivered to the relatives, the parents did not even see the bellboy.and the second, update web photos, for photos sent to us does not match what was advertised on the page or the pink color that I ordered, took in white.nice too but it was not what was ordered. And secondly, update web photos, for the photos you sent us does not match what was advertised on the page or with the pink color I ordered, it was taken in white.Nice too but it was not what was ordered.Thank you very much.
