Nice presentation of the order

I have been buying from Bébé de Paris for many years for corporate gifts and some personal ones for new parents. The quality is always very good. This time due to a logistical problem the shipment did not arrive on time which is quite frustrating but Paloma from Bébé de Paris has followed up with the logistics provider to ensure the best solution.

For that price, at least the pacifier holder could be made of a material other than cardboard, I expected something of better quality in general, to say something positive I will say that they are fast in shipping, I'm sorry but I will not repeat.

Quality and finishes are very good but the product is not well placed in the basket and is very crushed.

The experience is smooth and easy. What I liked is being constantly updated on the status of delivery as I am ordering from Singapore. What I don't like is what was delivered looked different from the picture I see from the website, the packaging was not not at all, and the items looked squashed together and messy. It has none of the elegance and class I saw from the picture I see on the website. You can contact me to show you the photograph which my friend took when he received my gift.

I have seen more difficulties than last time on the website, to see the things I am buying. In my opinion, there are not enough better or larger photos. It would also be nice, in a pre-made basket, to be able to add or remove items to speed up the purchase. Maybe it exists and I haven't seen it.. A purchase made on the 7th/8th in the morning, today the 11th/8th has still not been delivered. I have purchased on other occasions and it has not taken this long, I understand that it was done directly from Barcelona. Unfortunately, it is not what I expected.

I bought it as a gift and it arrived in a box that was too small, so it doesn't look nice. I'm going to have to unwrap it and rewrap it myself.

The only detail missing was the custom T-shirt with the company's logo.

The service is super fast and of very good quality. It is my second order and I am very satisfied with the quality. One detail that I did not like, and it is the second time it happens, is that the label with my son's name was well written but an i was missing in the personalization of the doudou.

Note a text alignment problem on the greeting card.

Very fast delivery

The basket is too big for the amount of things it brings, you should use a more appropriate size. Once again the whole basket arrived out of place. From the first time to now you have worsened the service, even though it is still good.
