Well, in terms of product and presentation we are very satisfied but when we placed the order last 2/9 it was indicated that it would be delivered on Friday 4/9 and we also spoke with the chat lady who assured us that the order would arrive on Friday and it arrived on Thursday.

Everything perfect and very fast. Personally I do not really like the bag so tight ... I think it detracts a little ... but I have repeated, that is, I'm happy.

Well, the truth is that it was a gift for a new mom, who curiously had her birthday on the 13th, and the management by the person who attended me by phone (well, now I do not remember her name), apart from being super friendly, nice, and affectionate, proved to have an excellent level of professionalism, making things much easier, and making them perfect. Thank you very much for everything !!!!!! P.S.: by the way, I don't know if it was the effect and the impression of the gift, but the mother gave birth that same morning, when she was still a few days away from her due date (everything went great).

The truth is that it has been a very good experience. I bought a layette as a gift for my cousin (who just had a baby) and the truth is that they really liked it. Very good quality products, the service was fast and everything was very simple. I recommend it 100%.
