I really liked the speed of delivery. What I found to be a plus and a minus (I have a duality with that option) is that it is hand delivery. I really like that, but I placed the order to have it delivered to my work and had to leave a meeting to pick it up.

The website has worked very well, we ordered the gift on Friday morning and it arrived in the afternoon at the hospital. Very formal in sending the invoice and the notice of delivery of the package.

I would like the service when it can not be in hospital to be faster. For this type of gift the speed is very important and in the last three baskets I found it very slow, I hope you can improve it. Best regards
