When I was tracking the order, it said "SHIPPED", which does not seem to me to be a clear concept, since I did not know if my friend had received it. I think it would be enough to put a legend of the different statuses that an order goes through: Prepared/Dispatched/Shipped (which would be clearer IN DELIVERY)/ Delivered.

Fantastic everything. Very grateful for the speed of delivery and communication with the recipient of the gift, the delivery was a Hospital and with the current situation was not easy.

Well, I found the price increase to be excessive. 10 euros in 3 months and I have noticed less diversity of products. The shopping experience was very easy and the service and quality of delivery was very good.

The telephone service is admirable. I called and they advised me with the delivery since it was a gift and I had doubts and they called me moments after placing the order online to confirm and consult some information that I had omitted.

Great selection for all budgets and a very nice presentation. Easy and fast shopping experience. Only one suggestion: you should give the possibility to choose the day of delivery in order to be able to manage the delivery time of the hospital.

A few days ago I hired this service giving a basket as a gift to some new parents. They delivered it very quickly, the next day. There are many different options on the web, it was very easy. I recommend this company for gifts of this type. Thank you

Hello, in general everything is fine...but the box without interior protection moved a lot and everything was out of place and the cellophane that wraps it completely broken. Thank you.
